This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Novari Partners LLC.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to customers within the United States.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within:

  • Handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM (CST – Chicago Time)

SHIPPING CARRIER

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.


TRANSIT TIME

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Transit time: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Total estimated delivery time (including handling + transit):

  • 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.


DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or logistics disruptions
  • High order volume periods

Novari Partners LLC is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or events outside our control.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Novari Partners LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional terms, customs fees, and import duties may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
